π― Key Responsibilities
β’ Execute off-page SEO activities including guest posting, link building, niche edits, directory submissions, and social bookmarking
β’ Research and identify high-authority websites, blogs, forums, and online communities for backlink opportunities
β’ Conduct outreach campaigns and maintain communication with bloggers, webmasters, publishers, and digital partners
β’ Write and send personalized outreach emails, follow-ups, and collaboration proposals
β’ Monitor backlink quality, anchor text distribution, and overall link-building performance
β’ Perform competitor backlink analysis and identify new SEO growth opportunities
β’ Coordinate with the content and SEO team to align backlink strategies with target keywords and business goals
β’ Maintain proper records of outreach activities, backlink status, and campaign reports using spreadsheets or outreach tools
β’ Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and white-hat link-building practices

π§ Required Skills & Qualifications
β’ Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO concepts including On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, keyword research, and search engine ranking factors
β’ Hands-on experience with link-building activities such as guest posting, outreach, backlink generation, and niche edits
β’ Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Ubersuggest, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
β’ Understanding of backlink metrics such as Domain Authority (DA), Domain Rating (DR), spam score, and anchor text optimization
β’ Good communication and professional email drafting skills for outreach and collaboration activities
β’ Strong research and analytical skills to identify quality backlink opportunities and competitor strategies
β’ Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and achieve monthly backlink or outreach targets
β’ Basic knowledge of content marketing and how content supports SEO and backlink acquisition
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining outreach and reporting data
