We are looking for a passionate and skilled Java Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Java, a clear understanding of object-oriented programming, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and product managers
- Debug and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices
- Work on RESTful APIs and backend services
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Java (Core Java)
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Familiarity with Spring / Spring Boot framework (preferred)
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices architecture is a plus
- Experience with databases like MySQL / PostgreSQL
- Understanding of version control systems like Git
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
🌟 Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Hibernate / JPA
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes is an advantage
